If you've done any kind of research on probiotics you'll know that there a lot of different strains and each strain has it's pros and cons for different individuals (and they all have very long, very hard to pronounce names). I've taken Culturelle for years but having read a lot of research on probiotics for kids at ConsumerLab, I knew my 8 and 6 year olds needed different strains than what Culturelle provides.
